ABOUT
THE COLLECTION
There have been seasons in my life that have stretched me in every way. There was loss of loved ones, growing pains in my personal journey of motherhood, and shedding expectations; from myself and others. Anxiety took a hold of me and there were times I wasn’t sure I’d shake it.
In an attempt to remove the pressure of what I was supposed to be feeling, I got quiet. I prayed. I cried. I was angry and confused. I took notice of things around me. Learned how to play again. Found joy again. Cried more. Prayed harder. I revisited work I was proud of and pieces I wasn’t so proud of. I tried new things, failed a few times. Tried again and surprised myself.
This body of work was made from broken pieces. Pieces that were made in a season of curiosity and vulnerability. What should’ve been discarded needed to breathe new life and tell a new story. Working abstractly helped me focus on the process and not the result. It was the release from perfectionism that I needed.
This collection is a reminder that all things (not all beautiful, perfect and curated things), but ALL things can be made new.

I Will Carry You, 2026
Sometimes there’s loss we experience that is hard to bear. This piece came to life after a season of loss in my life. It organically came together as I put the pieces I painted back together and saw something beautiful.
This is a reminder that although they are no longer with us, the pieces they leave behind shape who we become and will always be carried with us.

Growing Up Raising You, 2026
We’re growing in the wild, just as they are. Both evolving into who we’re meant to be, experiencing it all for the first time - together. Watching their growth can feel like a mirror, reminding us of how much we’ve grown, too.
In turn, be kind and give grace to who you see in that mirror, and learn how to make space for both.
